Today, he runs his own Japanese Artisan patisserie at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, aptly named Chef Yamashita. Join us to welcome Chef Yamashita to be our guest trainer. He will be teaching two exclusive classes, Sakura Roll & Yuzu Chiffon and Chocolate Cake.
