Pineapple Tarts are a must have during Lunar Chinese New Year. Vanessa, a creative Indonesian baker has translate this traditional tart into a modernised edible art. She’s going to teach you different designs and sharing with you two types of pastry dough.

What you'll learn
- how to make a non-sticky dough that is suitable for doing decoration tarts
- the skill set to shape these little creative tarts
- Special glazing recipe instead of using the usual egg yolk glazing.
- Variety of popular fillings will be shared
- Student will also receive another type of recipe dough , i.e. one for deco tarts and the other for traditional tarts.
