Friends coming over for a weekend party but you don’t have time to prepare then? Don’t fret – come and learn to bake the Sweet Pastry Tart that can do wonders for your time management!
You can prepare two different tart bases – plain or chocolate, and store them in the fridge in advance.
Come any weekend, you simply need to fill the bases with custard or cream cheese, and top them up with fruits. Or better yet, you invite your guests to assemble their own ingredients and create their unique Sweet Pastry Tarts. Fun for your Friends and Easy on your Time!

What you'll learn
-You will make your pastry from scratch using rubbing in method
- how to mould the tart into casing
- how to prepare the vanilla custard fillings that is light and tasty
- sharing storage tips and you will know how easy these can be made.
