Yearning for new challenges and a change of scenery, Chef Yamashita relocated and earned a reputation for himself as one of the best patisserie chefs in Singapore. Today, he runs his own Japanese Artisan patisserie at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, aptly named Chef Yamashita.

Join us to welcome Chef Yamashita to be our guest trainer. This is a hands-on baking class and you will learn to bake both recipes.

- How to achieve soft and moist chiffon cake.
- Hands on making the chiffon cake by participants
- Demo on making Sakura Roll sponge
- Hands on making the swiss roll by participants
- Demo on fresh whipping cream for the swiss roll and learn how to assemble the roll by yourself.
- Decorate the roll
