- 3D bear cutting and frosting techniques
- Techniques of latest color spraying technique. The color of the cake will not disappear even if it is left for the next day!
- Techniques for smoothing surface using fresh cream (new technique-so you don’t have to worry about the cream drying out!)
- Hand-painted chocolate drawing, facial features positioning skills
- Cake recipe given. Cake is prepared advance for class use.
