3D Stand-up Pooh Bear

Be ready to take the challenge to learn how to make a very stable 3D Fresh Cream Car cake! Loads of techniques will be taught and very versatile to change into other styles . Instead of using fondant, you will be taught about Chocolate Modeling. You don’t have to worry about fondant melting when it touches Fresh Cream anymore.

-3D Pooh Bear cutting and frosting skill
-Learn to create warmer and eye-catching color tones.
- How to create Fury looking body using fresh cream.
- Learn about chocolate modelling (NOT fondant).
- Shaping and techniques of chocolate modelling to create the decorations.
- Hand drawn chocolate drawing decoration
- How to assemble a very stable 3D Cake.
