3D Totoro Fresh Cream Cake Decoration
Instructor Mimo from Taiwan specialises in Fresh cream Novelty Cake decorations. Her cakes are very innovative, creative and pleasing to the taste buds and eyes! She is a very talented self taught cake decorator and baker who has numerous cake orders in Taipei and likely the first FRESH CREAM cake decorator who creates visually stunning and unique cakes for all occasions.
In this full day class, you will learn how to craft, frost, brush and assemble a 3D Totoro cake. Besides learning these , chocolate modeling (an alternative to fondant) will be taught as well. This class is suitable for beginners level cake decorator.

- Chocolate Kneading & Decoration Techniques
- Hand drawn chocolate drawing decoration
- Learn to control the temperature of chocolate and you can extend various shapes!
- Brushing technique skill to create texture body fur.
- Assembly
- Sponge cake recipe given. Cake is prepared advanced for class use.
