Advanced Level Flowers Wagashi
This advanced level class is specially designed for Wagashi enthusiasts who wish to enhance skills to the next level in making Wagashi. You will be mastering the correct way of techniques for scissor and needle cutting skills in order to achieve skill advancement and breakthroughs in technique.

*Class conducted in mandarin. English recipe given.
- Master advanced scissors and needle-cutting techniques
- Demonstrate the correct way to hold the needle chopsticks and basic techniques
- Basic needle cut styling.
- Introduction of Wagashi tools and ingredients.
- Demonstration on Shioran, Gyuhi, Nerikiri from scratch
- How to prepare the fillings ( 2 flavours - Assamboi (Salted Dried Plum & Jasmine Peach)
- Colour Mixing & Toning
- Learn the skills & techniques of making Wagashi from scratch - Shape your wagashi using various different tools and techniques - Learn how to shape and create 6 Wagashi Designs
