Agar Agar & Jelly Mooncakes

If you are not fancy about traditional mooncakes, how about a more modernised jelly version one? There will be an unusual taste-a-like texture mung bean fillings in the mooncake instead of the usual jelly egg yolk – a special recipe you will get.

What you'll learn
- how to make both agar agar and jelly mooncake skin
- Demo on how to make the custard fillings
- Working in groups or pair work, participant will learn to cook the custard fillings
- how to color the flower designs using mooncakes moulds
- You will do two single color jelly mooncakes, 2 deco mooncakes

Just attended their Rainbow Cake Workshop this wkend, it was really fun n enjoyable! Brenda, Jane n didnt get the name of the other lady, they are all so warm n patient in teaching n guiding us.
