Bagels & Fruits Cheese Fillings
This class not only teaches you to make 4 flavours of bagels, you will learn delicious cheese fillings pairing to these four flavor bagels. We will be using fruits like banana, pineapple, red guava and mango. This class allow students to master bagels in four hours , learn the appropriate cooking methods for different types of fruits, such as canned fruits, dried fruits, etc.
