This recipe for chocolate tiramisu is inspired by classic tiramisu but uses homemade chocolate sponge for the base and banana to add sweetness. Our bananamisu is a fun way to enjoy the flavor of the dessert and banana fruit at the same time! The smooth layers of Italian mascarpone cheese filling and coffee infused chocolate cake, filled with bananas and topped with good quality cocoa powder. Definitely suitable for those who prefer lighter version of tiramisu.
