Bao Jiak Curry Chicken Bread & Satay Buns

The highlight of this workshop is Chef Lee’s signature Bao Jiak Soft Golden Pillow Curry Chicken Bread . His made from scratch curry paste is made with several aromatic ingredients . It is mildly spicy and paired with tender chicken and potatoes. You will also learn how to make soft bread and shape it into an interesting “Chicken” shape.

He will also be teaching you how to make satay fillings and make Satay Bun sticks.
