-Introduction of steam bun ingredients
- Demo on how to make smooth mantou dough
- Coloring the dough using NATURAL colorings
- How to make smooth and glossy mantou surface
- how to shape and create Lollipop, Santa Claus, Snowman and Christmas Tree.
- How to steam perfectly, how to judge proofing consistency etc.
- Understanding the science behind making a successful mantou and sharing with you reasons why failure will happen.
