Chef Jeffery Pan integrates special ingredients from all over the world and adjusting the production method, his tart crust won’t turn soggy even after putting in the refrigerator for many days.

You will be getting 3 tarts recipes in this class: Praline Chocolate Tarte, Pecan Tarte, Pistachio Cherry Tarte.

What you'll learn
- Learn secret recipe of crisp sweet pastry + 3 types of fillings
- Demo on how to prepare the pastry dough and roll out the dough
- Hands-on how to mould the dough in tart mould.
- Introducing 2 different methods : Blind bake, fully baked
- How to seal the crust without it turning soggy.
- Demo on how to prepare the fillings for all tarts: Orange Chocolate Hazelnut Chip Filling , Ganache making technique, Pistachio almond cream filling
- Assemble the tarts (group hands-on)
- Demo on how to make chocolate garnish using chocolate.
- Decorate the tarts (group hands-on) to make it attractive and beautiful
