Let’s welcome 2022 Tiger of the year by learning creative and adorable mantou in Lion Dance Fortune Tiger , Lucky Radish and Orange designs.

Take the challenge to create Fortune Tiger mantou which has various section details that are kind of complex. Lots of skills and techniques will be taught in this class.

- Introduction of steam bun ingredients
- How to beat dough using mixer and explanation on hand knead method
- Using natural colourings to mix various coloured dough
- How to create a smooth dough for modelling the characters
- Step by step guidance on creating Lion Dance Fortune Tiger , Radish, Mandarin Orange.
- Detailed theory explanation on steaming method and storage.

Just attended their Rainbow Cake Workshop this wkend, it was really fun n enjoyable! Brenda, Jane n didnt get the name of the other lady, they are all so warm n patient in teaching n guiding us. I felt like i could learn at my own pace n not being rushed. Brenda also gave many bakimg tips n was detailed in explaining the ingredients n the steps.
