This set of Wagashi in Chinese New year theme are designed to reflect the event and characteristics of festive season. Celebrate Lunar New Year with this specially designed sweets and we hope that it will make you happy this season!

* Class will be conducted mainly in chinese language by Taiwanese Trainer Kimmy

What you'll learn
-Introduction of Wagashi tools and ingredients.
- How to prepare nerikiri dough using two methods
- How to prepare the fillings
- Color the dough and create different tones, hues and shares.
- Shape your nerikiri wagashi using various different tools and techniques
- Create 6 different Chinese New year designs
- Knowledge sharing on storage tips, mass produce the sweets etc.
