- How to make soft sponge cake
- How to adjust batter consistency as different type of flour has different absorption rate.
- How to mix color without deflating the batter
- How to draw the bear and fill up the various colors.
- How to whip meringue to achieve desired consistency
- Assemble the cake using fresh cream.
