Danish Pastries

Danish class teaches pastry enthusiasts how to mix, laminate and bake perfect Danishes pastries.

You learn to mix dough, prepare butter sheets and start the lamination process. Chef Lee ,who has over 20 years of experience , will explain how important it is to keep the layers distinct by keeping the dough cold during the rolling, folding and resting process.

What you'll learn
- Understanding the process of laminating dough for flaky layers
- How to cut and shape dough into croissants, pain chocolat and apricot Danishes
- How important it is to keep the layers distinct by keeping the dough cold during the rolling, folding and resting process
- Baking temperature to achieve perfect texture and golden crust.
- *Not using dough sheeter. Hand rolling method will be taught so that you can replicate at home.
