Donut Rings & Wrap Cakes by Chef Yamashita

Yearning for new challenges and a change of scenery, Chef Yamashita relocated and earned a reputation for himself as one of the best patisserie chefs in Singapore. Today, he runs his own Japanese Artisan patisserie at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, aptly named Chef Yamashita.

Join us to welcome Chef Yamashita to be our guest trainer once again. This is a hands-on baking class and you will learn to bake 3 flavours of donut rings (Sesame, matcha and chocolate) and 2 flavours of wrap cakes (Caramel and strawberry).

You can also get to purchase his books at discounted price with his signature on it.
