This cake combines French style cakes with lava filling surprise to create a French creative dessert that has a fluffy cake texture and rich fillings element. You will be learning 4 flavours – Matcha Pistachios Yuzu, Raspberries, Sea Salt Caramel Hazelnut, Chocolate Tiramisu

-Chocolate Tempering: Learn how to subtly incorporate the rich chocolate flavor of chocolate tiramisu into the entire cake, making every bite full of flavor.

Many thanks to Brenda and her team for giving me a wonderfully fulfilling baking session today!
