French Dacquoise & Quiches

French classic dessert “Dacquoise” is between cake and macaron, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. It has an in-dept flavour but not sweet. Chef Nick will teach you how to bake the perfect dacquoise! He will also be demonstrating how to make classic and delicious French Quiches in class. Don’t miss it!

- How to make dacquoise that won't collapse after baking, and easy to execute at home
- How to make fillings with variety of flavours.
- 3 fillings will be taught ( Raspberry, Matcha & Caramel)
