Make something different to celebrate tradition Mooncake Festival. Create a more modernised agar agar version one with 4 different fusion fillings! You will be taught 4 fillings – Japanese Azuki beans, Mango Yoghurt Sago, Earl Grey Milk tea, TWG Rose tea with lychee! Woah, sounds yummylicious right?

What you'll learn
- demo on how to cook agar agar mixture
- mix and achieve colours to obtain a more accurate desired outcome
- decoration application works on all details on the mould.
- Demo on how to make the four type of fillings : Japanese Azuki Beans, Earl Grey Milk Tea,Rose tea lychee Refreshing Mango Yoghurt Sago.
- In group work, you will get to hands-on preparing the fillings
