What you'll learn
- How to make soft sponge cake that will not shrink after baking in cupcake casing
- Learn to create 3 flavours of cakes.
- How to make custard cream
- You will learn to make Lemon cream cheese cream, Chocolate cream cheese cream and Green Tea cream cheese cream.
- How to make a stable cream for piping use.
- Decorate the cupcakes

Have fun at the Banamisu & Pandan Kaya Cake sessions with Brenda. The sessions are well paced and both Brenda & Penny have been very helpful.
