Cromboloni is a French pastry, similar to a croissant, but with a rich CARAMALIZED outer layer!
It may take some practice to make perfectly but they’re crispy and flaky on the outside while buttery and tender on the inside! With Chef Lee’s very approachable techniques taught in this class, you’ll feel like a culinary master when your kouign-amann comes out of the oven, golden, flaky and beautiful!
