Cromboloni ( 6 flavours)

Cromboloni is a French pastry, similar to a croissant, but with a rich CARAMALIZED outer layer! It may take some practice to make perfectly but they’re crispy and flaky on the outside while buttery and tender on the inside! With Chef Lee’s very approachable techniques taught in this class, you’ll feel like a culinary master when your kouign-amann comes out of the oven, golden, flaky and beautiful!

-Understanding the process and techniques of laminating dough to achieve flaky layers
- Techniques for shaping Kouigh-Amann
- How to make 6 different delicious fillings - Passionfruit Curd, Kaya Pandan, Earl Grey, Berry , Oreo Cream and Original.
- Understanding baking temperature and how to bake to achieve the perfect texture and golden crust.
