Make better bread at home with the use of Tangzhong method! Discover Chef Lee’s breadmaking tips, techniques and recipes to help you make soft breads at home.

- How to prepare Tangzhong (Water roux)
- Techniques in kneading and achieve window pane
- How to achieve a good dough texture

- Different bread shaping techniques - Oblong, Round, Triangle
- Lots of tips and knowledge sharing in class
- *Bonus recipe: Made from scratch mayonnaise .
