Magnum Crunch Mochi Log Cake

Dive into a delectable chocolate cake hidden inside a rich, chocolate shell, inspired by the Magnum ice cream. The chocolate cake is coated around a layer of premium dark chocolate with nuts and the cake is filled with delicious chocolate cream , brown sugar mochi (made from scratch) and loads of crunchy chocolate pearls.

- Preparation of Chocolate nuts covering and temperature to pour
