What a bright and mouth-watering Mango Passionfruit cake! In this class, you will learn to make a light, soft and moist passionfruit sponge cake with sweet mango pieces, mango fresh cream and a delicious mango fruit drip glaze.

- How to fold the batter and avoid deflating it, avoid cake failure .
- How to prepare mango fresh cream using a special fresh cream that has excellent overrun and smoothest cream texture.
- How to frost a cake
- Decorate the cake
