Modern Tea Time Treats

Chef Jeffery Pan is going to bring you modern European-style desserts that combine classic and fashionable styles. It will gives you a new vision and taste enjoyment for this set of Tea treats desserts.

You will be learning 4 flavours – Chocolate Madeleines, Raspberry Financiers, Chocolate Seduction cake, Savarins Cake.

Date: 5 May Sun 9am – 1.30pm

What you'll learn
- Understanding the basic sugar & oil 26 ℃ perfect emulsification method to moisten the cake and make the basic cake base
-Explanation on the Basics of Pound Cake 1:1:1:1 ratio
- Understanding fat content and mixing methods
- 4 cakes preparation techniques will be taught
