Mont Blanc Cake Series

Chef Nancy has designed a brand new series of chestnuts desserts.

All desserts are specially formulated to low sugar so it changes the general impression that Mont Blanc is too sweet. The complication making process has also been adjusted that you can replicate easily at home.
You’ll be learning 3 desserts: Chocolate Mont Blanc, Whiskey Chestnut Cake & Assam Red Tea (阿薩姆) Chocolate Roll.

What you'll learn
Chocolate Mont Blanc
- How to prepare Chestnut cream, Chestnut cake, Chantilly vanilla cream, Chocolate cream and chocolate ganache.
Assam Tea Chocolate Roll
- How to make Assam Tea sponge cake, Chantilly cream, chestnut cream.
Whiskey Caramel Chestnut Cake
- How to make whiskey caramel sauce , Chestnut cake, candied chestnuts fillings and decoration.
