Mille-feuille pastry has always been very complex and difficult to execute at home. Chef Nick is going to guide you through the meticulous process of creating your own puff pastry without the use of machine!

What you'll learn
- How to prepare mille-feuille which includes the special folding technique, making a light custard cream, baking.
-How to rest the dough fully.
- Control the temperature and time of baking Only then can the pastry be baked golden brown and evenly colored.
- Tips on how to make even thickness
- How to decorate Napoleon pastry
