Mantou is also the main part of Chinese New Year. People make Mantou before one day of New Year’s Eve.
These pillowy buns are no longer traditionally plain looking. They are made using natural food colourings and craft into beautiful pieces of art.

- Generous knowledge sharing on creating a smooth mantou, how to steam perfectly, how to check consistency etc.
- Learn to wrap fillings in the mantou.
