*NEW* Sumikko Gurashi Japanese Uiro Sweet

Uiro is a kind of Japanese sweets cake that is chewy, similar to mochi, and subtly sweet.

Its a traditional steamed cake but we develop a new design, new concept for uiro offering. Uiro can be made in variety of colors and flavour and let’s make these delightful sweets an extraordinary one.

What you'll learn
- Introduction of basic ingredients for Uiro-mochi
- Learn to make steam rice dough
- Techniques of kneading by hand to achieve smooth dough
- Color mixing
- Techniques of modelling dough into the characters
- Variety of fillings will be shared (premium store bought fillings will be used)
