Novelty Almond Florentine Cookies

Take a deep dive into the world of creative cookies baking with our experienced Novelty Trainer, Penny Pang.

She will be teaching you 2-in-1 Cookies where you will get to taste two combination of butter cookies and homemade Florentine ( we are not using store-bought Florentine powder).

So go from beginner to the baker extraordinaire because our class always has an in-depth demonstration and you will be guided step-by-step.

What you'll learn
-Introduction of basic ingredients.
-Preparation of dough and color mixing.
-How to create the novelty design (features positioning etc)
- Full recipe with pictorial illustration guide given.
- innovative way for feature drawing WITHOUT the use of edible marker, royal icing, chocolate or food colouring. (This is NEW drawing feature method which is different from other class)
-Learn to make delicious Florentine without using store-bought Florentine powder.
-How to bake cookies & florentine to prevent burning or browning.
- Storage and packing ideas and sharing.
