Novelty Spiral Flaky Mooncakes

Flaky mooncakes, a.k.a. Taiwanese mooncakes, are a modern twist to the traditional Mooncakes. They are made with a flaky dough, similar to puff pastry, and are usually wrapped around red bean paste with salted egg yolk. Learn this visually adorable and delicious traditional Flaky Mooncakes and impress your guests on this Mid Autumn Festival celebrations under the full moon!
