With the guidance of our Pastry Chef Lee Shee Yang, you will learn to make Panettone and Hot cross buns with easy techniques aimed at reproducing its flavours and aromas that are far better than factory-packed products. You will be surprised at the difference between artisanal and industrial Panettone.
