- Dough making, including ingredients selection, kneading and fermentation techniques.
- Shaping: Master the methods of shaping alkaline bread of different shapes and sizes to create personalized works.
- Baking skills: Learn to control temperature and time to achieve the perfect color and texture of alkaline bread during the baking process.
