Princess Donut Steamed Mantou

We invite you to join us in this prettiest princess mantou making session. Our class is filled with lots of tips and techniques to help you pick up the techniques of creating steamed bun successfully.

* Class will be conducted in mandarin. Recipe in English given.

What you'll learn
-Introduction of steam bun ingredients
- How to beat dough using mixer and explanation on hand knead method
- Using natural colourings to mix various coloured dough
- How to create a smooth dough for modelling the characters
- Step by step guidance on creating the cartoon characters and shape into donut design perfectly.
- Detailed theory explanation on steaming method and storage.
