Be ready to take the challenge to learn how to make a movable Fresh Cream Car cake!
Loads of techniques will be taught and very versatile to change into other styles . Instead of using fondant, you will be taught about Chocolate Modeling. You don’t have to worry about fondant melting when it touches Fresh Cream anymore

-Achieve perfect smooth techniques using Fresh Cream!
-Learn to create warmer and eye-catching color tones.
-Learn about chocolate modelling (NOT fondant).
-Shaping and techniques of chocolate modelling to create the decorations.
-Hand drawn chocolate drawing decoration
