Salted Egg Yolk Double Fromage Cheesecake

The clever combination of salted egg yolk and cheese is “salty and sweet”. It has a taste that has never been tasted and cannot be imagined. It has attracted interviews from food programs in Taiwan to find out the unique taste.

This cheesecake developed by Chef Sylvia do not contain too much fresh cream, and can also use different methods to bring out the subtle and delicate decoration of the cake to create your own brand style.
