Instructor Mimo from Taiwan specialises in Fresh cream Novelty Cake decorations. Her cakes are very innovative, creative and pleasing to the taste buds and eyes! She is a very talented self taught cake decorator and baker who has numerous cake orders in Taipei and probably the first fresh cream cake decorator who creates visually stunning and unique cakes for all occasions.

In this full day class, you will learn how to craft, frost, pipe and assemble a 2 tier 3D animated feel style cake using one 8′ cake. Besides learning these , chocolate modeling (an alternative to fondant) will be taught as well.

- Techniques learnt can applied to shape other novelty designs
- Learn how to make design using chocolate drawing
- Coloring and toning color skills
- Learn about chocolate modeling which can use to shape into different designs. An alternative to fondant.
- Chocolate modeling techniques
- How to outline cake, neatly pipe star onto cake and grass piping.
- Demo on how to whip cream and make chocolate modeling.
- Recipe includes cake formula.
- Cake is prepared advanced for class use. There is no demo.
