- Wrapping techniques
- Packaging and selling.
- Learn to make Snowskin series: MSW Durian, Blueberry Cream Cheese & Chestnut Longan.
- Preparation of fillings. No Durian essence or any artificial flavourings used. Uses premium grade Mao Shan Wang.
