Instructor Mimo from Taiwan specialises in Fresh cream Novelty Cake decorations. Her cakes are very innovative, creative and pleasing to the taste buds and eyes! She is a very talented self taught cake decorator and baker who has numerous cake orders in Taipei and probably the first fresh cream cake decorator who creates visually stunning and unique cakes for all occasions.
In this full day class, you will learn how to use one 8″ cake to make a cake base and super Mario 2D face. Please refer to below for course outline.

- Techniques learnt can be applied in other designs easily.
- How to frost cake and gradient color tone on cake surface.
- How to craft, shape and pipe Mario's face.
- How to create facial features
- Chocolate drawing techniques and skills application
- Star piping and grass piping skill
- Demo on how to create decorative pieces to be placed on cake using chocolate drawing method.
- Cake is prepared advanced for decoration use. There is no demo.
