Xiao Long Bao is famous for its “small body, big filling, juicy and delicious taste”.

As a Shanghai Dim sum Chef, Chef Zhuang is introducing Taiwan’s famous snacks Xiao Long Bao making process and secret recipe ratio (similar to Ding X Feng) ! You also be learning a super delicious Hong Kong-style shrimp wonton soup- Signature dish as well.
