This unique Taiwanese 3Q mooncake is made of flaky pastry crust, filled with made from scratch red bean paste, QQ mochi and meat floss. It is crispy and not greasy. Chef Nick will teach you how to make your own red bean paste filling which is very delicious and tempting. It has three levels of distinct taste!

Pepper Meat Buns ~ When this well-known street food Pepper Meat Buns are freshly out of oven, the aroma makes you mouth-watering. Absolutely amazing meat buns.

In addition, Chef Nick will also demo how to make Tai Yang Bing (Sun Cake pastry).
