Tokyo Fruits Crepe Cake

Crepe cake that is very popular among novice students! It’s easy to make as along as you have a pan. The thin crepe made by Chef Nick doesn’t dry out even after being chilled. The fresh fruit custard cream filling enhances the taste of the entire cakes. What’s more, you will be given two bonus fillings to churn it into different flavours.

Many thanks to Brenda and her team for giving me a wonderfully fulfilling baking session today!
