Traditional Mooncakes (Yam Mochi & Wu Ren)
This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival teaches you how to make a big mooncake, complete it in one go! The crust is a traditional Cantonese pie crust and the filling is the popular taro paste filling with mochi and we specially added soft and glutinous mochi and salty egg yolk meat floss to reduce the sweetness. Not only does it reduce the sweetness of the entire mooncake, but the taste of the combination is simply amazing!
