Yuzu Lemon Cake & Basil Lime Macarons

Yuzu Lemon cake is a moist and soft sponge cake with added grated with yellow and green lemon zest to give its fresh flavor. It is covered with a sour and sweet lemon yuzu frosting, creating a fresh and elegant look of the cake. You will also be taught how to make French Macarons filled with Basil Lime buttercream.
